ThyDQoL – Hypothyroidism Dependent Quality of Life

To use this questionnaire you will need a licence from HPR Ltd. By obtaining a licensed questionnaire, you can be assured that you are using the most recent version that is appropriate for your study. This questionnaire is an individualised measure of the impact of hypothyroidism on quality of life.

The design of the Hypothyroidism Dependent Quality of Life (ThyDQoL) is based on that of the Audit of Diabetes Dependent Quality of Life (ADDQoL) for people with diabetes for which there is considerable evidence for reliability, validity and responsiveness. The ThyDQoL has only recently been designed and developed, but it has also been shown to have high internal consistency reliability, and there is evidence for some aspects of validity.
