This questionnaire is designed to measure change in satisfaction with diabetes treatment and is specifically developed for teenagers. DTSQ Teen change version (DTSQcTeen) is used together with the the status version (DTSQsTeen) to overcome potential ceiling effects which may limit improvements when the DTSQsTeen is used alone. This questionnaire has 12 questions.

Instructions can be adjusted to suit timing of administration. The DTSQc is not used on its own – it should be used with the DTSQs.
