This questionnaire is designed to measure change in satisfaction with diabetes treatment (including insulin, tablet and/or diet). DTSQ change version (DTSQc) is used together with the status version (DTSQs) to overcome potential ceiling effects, which may limit improvements when the DTSQs is used alone. It is widely used in clinical trials and other studies.

This questionnaire has 8 questions.

Instructions can be adjusted to suit timing of administration. The DTSQc is not used on its own – it should be used with the DTSQs.
