‘Tolerability of lopinavir versus dolutegravir in children and adolescents with HIV (LoDoCA): A prospective cohort study in Lesotho, Southern Africa’ by Blankenberger et al. published in AIDS

A prospective cohort study using the HIVTSQ-Teen and HIVTSQ-Parent in Sesotho for Lesotho has published its findings in AIDS. This study assessed changes in treatment satisfaction in adolescents with HIV and their caregivers, following a change in their treatment from ritonavir-boosted lopinavir to dolutegravir-based antiretroviral therapy. The LoDoCA data was used for the initial psychometric assessment of these questionnaires. This included measurement invariance analysis to identify valid indicators for each questionnaire, which may support work in the future relying on these questionnaires.
