This questionnaire is designed to measure change in satisfaction with diabetes treatment and is specifically developed for teenagers. DTSQ Teen change version (DTSQc-Teen) is used together with the the status version (DTSQs-Teen) to overcome potential ceiling effects which may limit improvements when the DTSQs-Teen is used alone. This questionnaire has 12 questions.
